Rita Harvey, Jamie LaVerdiere, James Moye Join Off-Broadway's Closer Than Ever on September 25

<p>By David Gordon - Sep 24, 2012 - New York City</p> <p>Rita Harvey, Jamie LaVerdiere, and James Moye will join the York Theatre Company's acclaimed revival of Closer Than Ever on Tuesday, September 25. The production, directed by show co-creator Richard Maltby, Jr., is currently running through November 25.</p> <p>The revue, which features lyrics by Maltby, music by David Shire, and musical direction by Andrew Gerle, stars Jacquelyn Piro Donovan, George Dvorsky, Anika Larsen, and Sal Viviano.</p> <p>Harvey and LaVerdiere will serve as understudies, while Moye will temporarily replace Dvorsky through October 7 during his run in North Shore Music Theatre's production of 9 to 5: The Musical.</p>
